Survey on Mother and Baby Institutions (homes, hostels and hideaways)

As there has been very little research, we don't know how many homes and other places were used to conceal the 'plight' of unmarried mothers. If you, or a family member, spent time in one of these places, and you are willing to share some details, please complete our survey.

As first mothers were the people sent away, our questions are from the mother's perspective, however responses from others would be welcome.
This data will help us compile a more accurate list of these institutions.

Thank you.

The Movement for an Adoption Apology (MAA) will always be grateful to Baroness Bennett of Manor Castle, whose help and support have been invaluable.
