A letter from:

Dear MAA,

Thank you for sharing our letter and sign up form, and thank you to the many individuals who have already contacted us to express their interest in joining these proceedings.

We believe that we are very close to securing funding for the claim, and as such are eager to hear from anyone interested in expressing their interest to join it. The more claimants there are, the more everyone is likely to recovery by way of damages, so there is an opportunity for all those impacted by this horrific scandal to support one another to bring about something positive we hope.

We appreciate that some people may have questions or reservations about the claim or do not wish to fill out the form.

If that is the case, then we completely understand and please do feel free to invite people to contact us at forcedadoptionclaim@mccue-law.com or on 0207 096 3767 and we would be happy to answer any questions people might have.

As previously mentioned, we are taking the details of adoptees as well as mothers who had their children taken from them, or those who were in mother and baby homes but did not have their children taken.

We are working with our barristers to include as wide a class of claimants as possible so as to secure vindication and justice for all individuals who have been impacted by this scandal, and to make those responsible pay significant damages. While we cannot promise that everyone who contacts us will be able to join the claim, we can promise that we will consider their claims in detail and do everything we can to ensure that they are included.

Yours faithfully,

McCue Jury & Partners LLP
